Of Poetry and Prose
To the Ones who left the Lighted Lamps and Signposts along ‘The Way’. Thank You All.
"It is a poor sort of memory that only works backward". ~ Lewis Carroll.
Introduction
The subject or subjects in poetry and prose may be based on fiction or facts, and sometime on a blend of both. But, what is a fact to one person may be fiction to another, and vice versa. This distinction varies very much and depends on how a person perceives the world and reality. Often that perception is based on ones upbringing (even ones genes), education in this life and influenced by unconscious knowledge acquired from other lifetimes.
Of course, if you do not believe there is any truth to the reality of Reincarnation, I do not mind it you think it is only my vivid imagination.
However, this book contains some of the most memorable glimpses of events and happenings that has emotionally affected me and change my perception of life and reality.
The Poem below is an attempt to explain how and why ‘my travels’ occurred, and by the end of my tales you will understand that not all I have seen or remembered is painless. Neither has the overall effect to my mind or soul been easy to accept, intellectually or emotionally.
Time Travel
My mind
Does not seem
To be constrained
But, wanders in Time
With no regards
For the difference
Between The Future,
The Present or the Past.
A Kaleidoscope of lives
I live, simultaneously,
Because of my strange
Form of memory. Other,
Cannot understand how
Narrow is their concept
Of Time and Reality.
So, alone am I with
My pain and loss.
Still trying to find
My love from many Times.
